Random merge emails

Question

I've been sent a merge-completion email for Braytoft-5 -> Braytoft-3, but I'll be amazed if it had anything to do with me.

I can't tell from the email whether it was sent to me as proposer or PM, but I don't think I was either.

The proposal isn't in the change logs.

But there are missing names in one of the logs.

Hi RJ,

You are right, there is some bug here. So far I haven't been able to discern the pattern. We need to keep an eye on it and see if one emerges.
