I would love to have my "PawPaw" be the Photo of the Week. He passed away at the young age of 52, when I was 16 years old.  I miss him and his piercing blue-blue-blue eyes!

Oops!  I commented instead of answering.  Yes, I'm interested, but a little confused about the tags.  What's the difference between the "photos" tag and "photo-of-the-week" tag?  Since tags are limited, I am not sure which to follow.
