Fold 3 has free access to Revolutionary War Records until July 15th. However, I tried it and it seems they are having 'temporary difficulties' with the search tool.

Ancestry has free access until July 8th to various records from the original 13 colonies and patriot records. I tried this one and have gotten results including Civil War records etc.
