The McDaniels listed are the family of James Felder McDaniel my grandfather

Daniel Judson McDaniel and Angeline Rushing McDaniel was my Grandfather's parents.  His name was James Felder McDaniel.  Why was his name not listed as a one of their children?

Perhaps because the manager of their profiles were unaware of their son James.
