Looking for ancestors of a William Kinch DOD 1821 Hamden, Delaware, NY who married Ruth Peck?

Question

William Kinch and wfie Ruth Peck moved to Hamden, Delaware County, NY about 1806 and William Kinch died there about 1821.  Looking for information on his ancestors and information on their children.  Ruth Peck moved to Lodi, Seneca County, NY and applied for a Revolutionary War Pension for William Kinch's service in the Revolution.

They had 8 children. ..I am a 7th generation relative. ..william/ruth, had son Nathan married to elizabeth, their son joshua married angeline, their daughter elizabeth married alexander hafele of germany, their son franklin married a distant cousin laura kinch, their son aaron hafele married bethel and were my maternal grandparents. My mother is a hafele.
