Can you be more specific in your question.  Are these two related to each other?

When you create two profiles for two different people who have the same name, be sure to enter as much information as possible in each profile to identify each person, such as the dates and places of birth and death, names of parents, spouse, and children. Add any middle initial, name or suffix.  If you are creating only one of the profiles, enter what you know in that profile.  This information will help others to know that these two profiles should not be merged into one profile.

Hi Anonymous,

I would enter them as any other person following the Wikitree New member how to Here: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:New_Member_How-To

However each situation is unique and its always best policy to ask so would you care to share more information for clarity of the question?

Best regards.

I agree with Steve that the process is exactly the same as for adding anyone to Wikitree. However, if you think there might be a risk that someone can later get confused and try to merge these two people into one then it might be a good idea to make a note on each profile explaining why a merge would not be appropriate.
Also, you could add a 'rejected merge' ... propose a merge and then do a compare and click on 'reject;.
