Have you tried the grave yard in Thornborough, Buckinghamshire?  I think there were lots of Ridgways who were born and died in Thornborough around that time.

Probably the old Quaker Burial Grounds in Barnegat, NJ or possibly the Sea Captain's Cemetery, also in Barnegat.

Have you been to "Find A Grave" it is a free online source.  It is not complete but might yeild your Timothy.  You put in the country, state, county and search the cemeteries by the surname.  If you have found different spellings of the surname try them as well.  If you find any grave with that surname click on it.  When the page for that grave opens, you will see on the left hand side search county.  This will give you all known in that county alphabeticallly.  There is also search state on that page.  Good luck
