Should WikiTree have a bulliten board for news/updates on the main page? Other ideas?

Who would read it?

I just feel that so much information is only known to those who go out in search of it . Would a bulliten board be read? Do people read the watchlist activity emails? Maybe a blurb at the top of those? Would anyone want an additional weekly/monthly email update?

What would YOU read??

What do I read = on G2G I try to always check others ppls name queries to see if there is a shared connection, my 'favourites' tend to be those giving advice on how to do something or find something on WT. The replies giving access to all the wealth of knowledge and info here on WT (which is nice). I also routinely  read special projects and yes I do read weekly watchlist emails.

I am still new to WT and finding my way around WT so I would welcome anything that highlights the top issues for the month? But this feels like a heavy and regular commitment  for someone/s
