Is tennessee ann bean a relative of Judge roy bean

Judge Roy Bean's mother was Anna Bean.  According to the second volume of "Clan MacBean in North America" she was born at the turn of the century and died during the [Civil] war.  

His birth name was Phantly Roy Bean, Jr.  and he had three brothers and a sister, Joshua, Samuel, Jim, and Molly.  

I did not find a profile for Judge Roy Bean, and I have created profile Bean-1836.  I will add additional family members, after further research.
