In general, if there are two separate profiles representing the same person, you would merge them together (link to initiate a merge at the bottom of their page).
If they are the same surname, you would merge the higher number, into the lower number (to keep the lower numbered profile) -- even if the data in that one is incorrect, because you can select the correct information at the time of the merge.
If they are spelled differently, or if different surnames altogether, then merge the incorrect surname into the correct one -- generally, it should be the surname used at birth (LNAB), as the one to keep. Then use the "Current Last Name" or "Other Last Name(s)" field to list married names, or various name changes, etc.
But at a quick glance, we don't see two separate profiles for you, which is why Steve is asking for more specific details about the other profile in question, in order to help you do the right thing.
