The 1881 & 1861 Census, has Henry born in Cullompton, Devon however the in the 1861 Census, his name is Robert Henry Towse and in both cases his parents are listed as Charles & Mary. This is the 1861 Census:

Robert Henry & Susan were both born in Devon, although I have not been able to trace any birth records. Sister, Jane was born in Wellington, Somerset and her Birth registration has the mother's maiden name as Loney. Indeed Charles Towse married Mary Loney, 1849 (Wellington 10/773 q December 1849).
Henry wife Ellen and children can be found in 1901 living in Bristol. See link: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XS6M-ZNV Henry is not sure where he was born and Ellen, place of birth is seemingly an unknown place in Devon. The children are Listed to be born in Bristol whereas most were born in Bedminster. The children's birth Registration records mother's maiden name as Rickard.
