Adding sources for information

I have been adding my sources with a copy of the text of the document in the section Personal Memories. For example:

"United States Social Security Death Index," Gerald Lavier, 1978

First Name: Gerald
Middle Name:
Last Name: Lavier
Name Suffix:
Birth Date: 30 May 1910
Social Security Number: 094-03-2242
Place of Issuance: New York
Last Residence: New London, Connecticut
Zip Code of Last Residence: 06385
Death Date: December 1978
Estimated Age at Death: 68

Source Citation
"United States Social Security Death Index," index, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/JTBV-DX3 : accessed 6 July 2012), Gerald Lavier, 1978.

Should I be doing this differently?

Hi Theresa,

I assume you've seen this: http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Sources

If you want to include details on the sources, I'd still try to find a space for it in the sources section.

The Personal Memories section really isn't right, since those are supposed to be first-hand memories.
