In New Jersey, I found a Cassell's Illustrated Family Bible that was made for Lucy Broughton, 1867 Boston. It's a beautiful old book that I thought her family would like to have.

I am a descendant of Lucy Broughton and James C. Frost. Does it, by any chance, have a family tree in it with the listing of her parents' names, as well as her marriage to James Frost? I've been trying to find out more about her family but keep on hitting dead ends.

You start by researching the family of Lucy Broughton. For example, I would look for her in the 1870 census, and start following her through subsequent census records. Then I'd look for a marriage record for her. Massachusetts has digitized many vital records, including marriages. Based on those findings, work your way through the 1940 census and see what that reveals. And go from there.
