How to join trusted list for many ancestors?

Hi,

I am wondering how to request joining a person's Trusted List so that I can have access to ALL their ancestors..

For example, Paul Lee added me but I was only able to add ONE ancestor that we share in common.  I could add the father.. but not the mother.

Is there a way to request this differently?

I'm finding many entries now as I dig back and would like to contact other people as well.

Please let me know. :)

Thanks,

Larra

Hi Larra,

Generally you have to send a request for each profile you want to add to your tree. However, if you wanted access to, say, one person, and all of that person's ancestors, you could mention that in your trusted list request. When answering a request, profile managers have the option to additionally add you to all ancestors or all siblings and descendants of that profile.

I hope that helps!
