Who can view changes made to Private and Unlisted profiles?

A little more detail from https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Privacy#Partially_private_information :

Activity: The items recorded in activity feeds are viewable by anyone but they can only see the line item itself, not the details. (For example, anyone can see "Thomas Jefferson edited the biography of Ben Franklin", but only those on the Trusted List can click to see the details of what was edited.)

Thank you both for your answers. Is the policy for items shown in the activity feed the same for items under the "Changes" tab on the profile page?
Only open profiles have a changes tab accessible to anyone. If the profile is not open, you cannot see the individual changes made. If you were to go to someone's contributions, you could see that they had made changes to various profiles but only changes made to open profiles could be viewed.

No one who isn't on the trusted list of a privacy-protected profile can see any details of the changes made to that profile.
