What is the parentage of John Lightfoot Sr. b abt 1725 in VA?

This John Lightfoot had a Will dated 02 Oct 1806 in Brunswick Co. VA naming 2 sons, John Jr. & Claiborne and a daughter, Naly.  There is no mention of a wife.  In the 1788 VA Tax List, pg 12 there are two Johns listed with notations beside their names that appear to be "Son" & "Jun".  Just above these names is Phillip with a notation that appears to be "Dad".  What is the name of John Sr.'s wife and parents?  Thank you.

John Lightfoot was in Brunswick County, Virginia in 1777 and later died there in 1806. He had at least three children, Naley, Claiborne (ca. 1765-1809), and John Lightfoot, Jr. (born ca. 1768).
