Origin of maternal grandparents from Europe

My maternal grandparents were both of German descent so I’ve been told. However, census records show them claiming to be from Morovia, Germany, Russia, Dolnim Vraznem, Austria, Windisch by Gratz, Austria Naturalization record), Gross Petersdorf, Mittelfranken, Bayern (Bavaria), Deutschland,

The Schindlers, my maternal grandmother’s family left Europe on the ship Frankfort out of Breman Germany. I don’t know about the Falke (Falk, Faulk, various spellings) family’s departure for sure. Both of my maternal grandparents families settled in Fayette County, Texas when they were very young. Hunting for their true origin has been difficult since the countries in Europe changed hands and names so often. Any help would be appreciated, including a geography lesson.

"Dolnim Vraznem" would be Dolní Vražné, now a part of Vražné in the Moravskoslezský kraj. The web address for the regional archives is http://www.archives.cz/zao/digitalni_archiv/index.html. The German name for Dolní Vražné is Groß Petersdorf. There is a Petersdorf, not Groß though, in Mittelfranken. Windischgraz is a former Austrian, now Slovenian town Slovenj Gradec.
