I have found a derivative reference about a John Austin marrying a Saponey Indian Squaw of which allegedly is this Hannah Honour Love. However I cannot say I would validate this information on this reference. I have looked at the reference used by the profile manager.  http://www.afaoa.org/db_files/Thomas_Austin_VA/Individuals/I4072.html however I'm not sure that information is concrete but maybe for a working theory.

I searched... several private trees.  Most seem to agree that she was a Native American of the Saponia Plantation in North Carolina (but knowing the ways of most people, they may be each copied from the other) so we can only take this as a hint.

I would add tag "First Peoples" to your post, to get the attention of WikiTree volunteers who are focusing on indigenous groups.
