Looking for info on Dr. James Abbot of Dracut, MA

Question

He was born in Andover, MA in April, 1736, physician, relocated to Dracut, MA about 1755, married Lydia Coburn in Feb., 1758, had 12 children....from there trail goes cold, trying to get date and place of death/burial on he and his wife?  I have searched to gencom site and the town of Dracut, birth, marriage and death records, nothing recorded for James, all children listed on site....any info please email me at: dturgeon3@cox.net.....thank you, Ernie Abbott
