how can we find a relative who were Restaurant keepers

Kinda need a bit more information to really help with your question. Depending on when and where they lived you might try to find local papers or city directories. Often times they listed the proprietor's name and home address as well as the business address.

charles usher usher-609. 

he was living with his wife emily and daughter mabel in Bristol, Gloucestershire and working as a Restaurant keeper in 1911.

this is all i have on him at the moment

He is there in 1914 and the restaurant would appear to be at the same place as his home address in 1911.

You now need to search maps of the area to locate it. It might be worth also searching the catalogue of the Bristol Archives as there may be some deeds deposited (and catalogued, not always the same thing)
