improvement suggestion for Challenge Tracker

The Challenge Tracker is working great for me -- much easier than trying to keep track of a post in G2G.

The one thing I'm wishing for, though: I'm doing the Source-a-thon and have found that if one person in a family is unsourced, it's likely that many of their relatives are as well.  So after I use the challenge tracker to log my action, I want to go back to the person's profile so I can easily navigate to the next family member.  I suspect this'd be true in many other challenges as well -- if one profile needs a particular change, relatives' profiles often do too.

Right now, I have to use the back button to get back to the profile that I worked on. I'd like the challenge tracker to either open in a separate tab, so I can close it and be back at the profile, or to include a link so I can easily click back to the profile.

I found this too, Sharon, and hope that the profile link can be added as the Tracker is further developed.
This happened to me too but when I tried to go back I got the message, 'this page cannot be found' . I had to return either the list of unsourced profiles or my contribution list to get back to the profile.

(very other instance such as opening the research tab or opening a profile from the unsourced list opened a new tab )

It has been opening in a separate tab for me. I was actually getting frustrated at having too many tabs open :)

Maybe it is something you can solve in your browser settings.

I have to have several tabs open in order to see my list without having to go backwards. Works fine for me...

A bit late, but I didn't see this before.

You can always use Ctrl+Click to open the tracker in new tab.

I will add the link back to profile. I would do it during SAT but I didn't know it is needed. I will correct it on Monday.
