Does anyone have any information on "Elizabeth Rankin Fitch" from Carlisle Ky

I have been going through my  moms things and ran across a book by Zan Grey second edition,June 3,1911 ,property of Library No.5 Fort Knox Ky, with the the signature of "Elizabeth Rankin Fitch"does anyone have any information about this lady?

There is an Elizabeth Fitch listed on 1940 census living in Ky. Residence Winchester Ky. 80 years old living alone. My guess the book was donated to the library and they finally decided to sell it. Your mom probably paid a nickel for it.
