Looking for information on Charles Donnell born April 11, 1866 in Iowa

My Grandmother was Goldie Lucille Donnell Wiseman.  Her father was Charles Donnell born April 11, 1866 in Iowa according to 1900 Nebraska Census in which their name appears as Douvell. But if you look clearly at census it does say Donnell. He was married to Rose (Rosellia or Rezellia) Dickover.  She had a child when Charles married her named Lester Dickerman. I can not find Lesters father either, but I do know from my mother that Lester took Charles last name and became Lester Donnell. On the census he is still listed as Dickerman.  But in later life he is lester Donnell. Charles and Rose had two other children listed in 1900, my great uncles Clifford Bryan Donnell and Edward Victor Donnell,  My grandmother Goldie Lucille was born 1903.  Any information on Charles and or his parents would be so appreciated as I have hit a wall and can not break it.

Thank you Frank.  I had seen this.  I believe Iukoben was translated wrong from Dickover.  Just like census translated their name to Douvell not Donnell. SO many errors!  Anyway I don't know where Iukoben came from.
I also saw a Charles H McDonnell in Iowa. Do you think he could have been born with the McDonnell surname and changed it to Donnell at some point?
Maybe  I do not know honestly.  I can not find anything that tells me he existed.
