Need to locate where David M Bartlett is buried in Illinois who was born 1830 and believe died Feb. 2, 1877

David was married January 9, 1851 to Nancy C Stinson 1833-1862. She is buried in the Bartlett Cemetery in Edwardsville, Ill with 2 of their daughters. Unable to find where David is but found he died in the Decatur Ill area in about 1877.

On FamilySearch/Family Tree information is given that David M. Bartlett, b. 1830, md. Nancy C. Stinson 9 Jan 1851 in Madison, Illinois, d. 29 Oct 1863 in Decatur, Illinois. Contact e-mail is keshacat@hotmail.com. If this is accurate, The oldest child at time of his death would be 11 years. Possibly probate papers assigning guardianship of the children could be located. David might be buried in an unmarked grave in the same cemetery since he died just a little more than a year after his wife with none but minor children in the immediate family. Perhaps living relatives of children Laura Luella Bartlett, d. 1943 or William Harrison Bartlett, d. 1944 could be located.

I am so sorry it has taken me this long to answer your comment. First, David did not die untill February 1877 in the Decatur Illinois area and I have contacted about every cemetery in and around Decatur but none of them have a David M Bartlett and the Bartlett Cemetery in Edwardsville say he is not there. No one has been able to find an Obit for him but I did find info on his estate in the Decatur Daily Republican Newspaper stating he died in Feb. 1877. I have also tried the children of Laura and William but no luck. Any other ideas?
