How can I remove a duplicate entry?

I entered my grandfather's information twice because I thought the first go  had not saved.

The only way to write off a profile is merging it into another one.

If you think you have created two profiles for your grandfather then you will have to merge them. Do it so that you merge the higher profile number into the lower number.

To merge two profiles, use the "initiate a merge" link in the lower left corner of the public page of one of the profiles.
