The History of Concord, Mass (Shattuck) states that George Wheeler arrived in Concord with his wife, Katherine, and several children.

George Tolman's book (1908) :The Wheeler Families of Old Concord, Mass."indicates on page 1 that Katherine, wife of George, was a sister of Obediah Wheeler, who also came to Concord.  Additionally, Tolman states that Obediah married Susannah, sister of George Wheeler, making George and Obediah brothers-in law. Both marriages are said to be shown in the Parish Register of Cranfield, Bedfordshire.

Most references (Family Search, Ancestry Family Trees, and Wikitree) show George Wheeler's wife to be Catherine Pinn (Penn), daughter of Henry Pinn of Bedfordshire.

Has anyone out there researched George Wheeler sufficiently to be able to shed some light here?
