A FindMyPast Lookup Request for the St. Marylebone 1821/31 Census

A FindMyPast search on the 1821 & 1831 Census for St. Marylebone possibly shows my 3rd great-grandparents.

The name is 'Fitzpatrick' and can be found at '24 Henrietta Street' (in 21/31) and '113 Portland Street Great' (in 31).

Is anyone able to look up the remainder of the information that's available for me... Hopefully the first name of the head of household and number of M/F occupants (and whatever else!)?  The Great Portland Street address is looking to be the most promising for me.

Thanks Jennifer! A copy would be greatly appreciated. Apologies, this is my first time requesting info here - how do you go about getting it to me?

What is the first name Geoff? I don't have a findmypast, but I do have Ancestry. I see a John Fitzpatrick on Henrietta Street. It is a land tax record though, so just the head of household is shown.

Hello, and thanks for replying!

I have Ancestry too, but it turns out knowing where to look is half the battle!

I am after a John Fitzpatrick, yes, but there are a few in the area at the time, so I'm currently trying to eliminate them one-by-one.  I had found the Death Record of a JF listing the Henrietta Street address, but that's inconclusive for me at the moment (he seems to be there on the 1821/1831 census, and now also at least 1821/1824 on the Land Tax). I was looking for confirmation of the number of other residents in the house there (sadly, a substantial number, as per Jennifer's post), as he married in 1830 and their (seemingly) only child was born in 1832.

The family disappear from the current indexes of the 1841 census (so I'm looking at trawling the streets manually), but as both wife and child turn up on the 1851 census (and subsequently) as servant and housekeeper at different houses in London, I'm working on the theory that JF died between 1831 and 1851 and trying to build a picture based on that.

The other JF at Great Portland Street is also of interest.  Fingers crossed he was a son who moved out of Henrietta Street in 1827 to his own pad, just before getting married at the church at the bottom of the road...

All good fun theorising. Hope to find some solid evidence! :)
