Weren't the Grahams exiled from Dumfriesshire area of Scotland 30 years before William Graham was born?

1606 Sir William Cranston and others were cleansing the area of Grahams at the request of King James. William Graham seems to be from the border area but long after there should have been no Grahams willing to use their names.

Thanks. It appears cleansing of the Grahams was well underway by 1606. However, John Graham and William Graham were born in Dumfriesshire in 1615 and 1648 respectively. Just assuming not all the Grahams were exiled?

We have a George Graham born 1822 from that area but not sure of his ancestry exactly yet.
