You can enclose the link in brackets [ ] with a descriptive name.

Leave a space after the web link and then type a brief description, like 1850 census, then closing bracket ] The brackets need to touch the first and last letters. Does that make sense?

you can put the URL in between square brackets, and the text following a space will be the new link

example:

[ http://www.google.com  Google Search ]

becomes this:

Google Search
