Thomas, not James W., is the father of James Sidney. James W. is purportedly the father of Thomas. Is that the relationship you are seeking proof of?
Yes sorry I ment grandfather, but in my tree I have James Paul Heath as the the fater to Thomas. I can not find any information that James W Heath is the father

 to Thomas nor the husband of Jane Walston
