Is anyone else using metrics in one place studies?

I have been using several metrics in a one place study on Iredell County, North Carolina.  We keep track of the number of profiles from heads of household in the 1790 census, number of Revolutionary War Veterans, and number of early settlers (before 1800) that lived in Iredell County for which there are now profiles in WikiTree.  We include a table at the bottom of the project description to show progress.  This helps keep me and a few others working on the project motivated.    We are currently up to 231 Early Settlers and 62 of the 93 Revolutionary War Veterans with profiles in WikiTree.

I like crossing things *off* of lists, not adding to lists, so for a large project I'm working on, where I placed a personal category to keep track of all the profiles I've made, the real accomplishment will be when I have added enough sources and family members to take them off of my list.
