It depends.

Are they something that needs to be corrected? Then make the correction (and fill out the Status link on the report)

Are no corrections needed? Then mark the report as false (the Status link)

edit: spelling

Also be aware that after you have followed the advice that Dennis gave, that they may not disappear immediately. You will have to wait till the next run of the suggestion report for them to go.

Go to the dropdown menu above: 'My WikiTree', click on that, scroll down it until you find 'Suggestions'.

If the report that appears has the link
'Show suggestions in profiles related to (your ID)', then you are already on the page of profiles you manage.

If the report that appears has the link
'Show suggestions in profiles managed by (your ID), click it, and you are on the page of profiles you manage

Make the corrections on your profiles and click on the status button to show your correction. When all completed, you will have no suggestion in your report :)

Those are all good ways, but if you have fixed the problem you don't have to do anything. The next weekly report (Monday or, lately, Tuesday) the suggestion will have gone away. It is kinder to others to mark the suggestion status corrected so others don't also try to fix it.
