pre 1500's page label is incorrect and locked can't correct typo [closed]

Question

I need a pre certified 1500's genealogist to correct a typo on this profile shows death year of 0994 should read 1994. contacted manager owner..but she is very ill these days, and my family, she is new to wiki, very little activity, and not pre 1500 certified.  this profile is NOT a pre 1500's profile..help please to fix this, so that I can get added by my family "Terry Peters" so I can admin in her place on her lines. I have a lot of her needed infos on her direct lines to my lines (our lines).  please and thank you for help

This profile has a "Private" privacy level. Only those in the Trusted List can make editions.

The only ways to have the date fixed is having the PM changing the privacy level to "Open":

Privacy Setting 
You'll notice colored privacy icons in search results, the LeJuene surname index, etc. The yellow dot for Betty Joyce LeJuene indicates that her profile is Private with a Public Biography and Family Tree. Only the profile manager can edit this setting.

Or adding a Pre-1500 cert. member to the Trusted List.

Thank you to each of you who responded & to whoever went in and corrected it.  I have been on her page off and on for 2 hours this morning trying to edit it. I managed to add myself as addt'l pm & trusted list, after changing profile to open..But for over an hour it was still locked up as pre-1500's. I just walked away frustrated.  just came back to it, and hit edit, and low and behold, the death date was fixed to read 1994, so the pre 1500's ppp is no longer on it, and it's fixed.  So whoever got in and fixed it..THANKYOU!!  even after I had changed the profile to open, i was still unable to edit it, because of the pre-1500's protection. just glad it's fixed.  thanks again for all the help and input.

At the time the privacy level of the profile was "Open" Scott Fulkerson fixed the DOD as can be seen in this "Change details":

I would recommend sending a message to the profile manager to ask them to make the change, however, be aware that the PM has not made any changes since early last year. It's still worth a shot to see if they will make the correction. You might also send them a trusted list request, to see if they'll add you to the profile so that you can make the correction yourself. And finally, if they are unresponsive, you may be able to ask to be added to the trusted list as profile manager and have them removed, although this is a bit of a last resort.

Ah - just noticed - you have touched base with the PM already... perhaps she can add you to the trusted list and it will fix the problem. I don't know if the death date in pre-1500 will cause the profile to act as if it's under pre-1500 restrictions, but if that is the case, someone with pre-1500 would need to be added. Let me make the request and see if she would be willing to add me so that I can fix the death date.

I think the actual error of the 0994 year date, may have caused the profile to become "pre 1500's", because the top of the page has it as "pre 1500" and each time I try to do anything to it, it denies me access.  I'm pre 1700 qualified..but not pre 1500 at this point. So if anyone who is pre 1500 could fix it, I would appreciate it.  The PM is ill, fighting health issues that are serious, so I don't want to bother her with these things right now.  I'm a pm on her profile page already...we just haven't gone backward in time to put me on all of her direct lines backward yet to help reconnect all our lines yet. So anyone that can just fix this from a 0 to a 1 in death year..that would be great!  thanks

That did the trick - privacy setting opened up and I was able to fix the error.

If you want to restore the privacy, you should be safe to do so now, or you can leave it open if you like.

THANK YOU SCOTT!!!!  I had opened the privacy after gettin me added etc..like you all told me to this morning, but it still wouldn't let me touch because of that pre 1500's ppp.  sooo much appreciated!!!!

I think this will need special attention by a sysop since it is both private and faux pre-1500. I put a couple of new tags on the question in the hope it will attract the attention of such a Person of Power.
