Martin White lived in Gordonsville  Logan County Ky. In 1880 census

I could not locate a Find A Grave location; but I did find this, written by a descendant of Martin White who said that Martin died in 1881 in Logan County (the county you found in the census.) Assuming that is correct, he is likely buried in a cemetery in Logan County.

The Logan County Historical Society has a Facebook account; perhaps inquiry with them would be helpful in answering your question.
