Hello - I am hoping there are people here who can help me make connections with those who share the surnames Turetzkin and/or Mickelson. The former is a Russian surname that was my paternal grandfather's name. He changed it to Terry. The latter is my paternal grandmother's maiden name. Her father immigrated to the States from Denmark.
I am on Ancestry.com and 23andme but so far have only been able to trace third and one or two second cousins to these names. Im also interested in how I can go about connecting with geneaology records in the countries mentioned, if possible.
