My name shows as my married name not my maiden how do I change it?

Go to the edit tab on your profile. There is a small link to edit your last name at birth there.

Public information Last Name at Birth: Lewis Help [edit]

After you have put your maiden name in Last Name at Birth then you might also want to put your married name in Current Last Name.
