Are you sure about the death date for James Albee?

You have James Albee married to Mary Thayer as 3 Jan 1708, the same day as his marriage to Mary. Kind of doubt they would have had all those children before they married or after he was dead. You might want to double check that.

It looks like the marriage date was used for the death date.

There appears to be no evidence for James's death date, but there is evidence that his wife, Mary Thayer, had a child in May 1714, so James probably died after September 1713.

That still leaves some children attached to this profile with no evidence that they are children of James and Mary Thayer. The only evidence I can find for them is in unsourced family trees.

* Timothy Albee, b. 1712
* Thomas Albee, b. 1717
* Seth Albee, b. 1720
* Margaret Albee, b. 1725

Can anyone find evidence that these are the children of James Albee and Mary Thayer?

I've seen 1720 as a death year for Mary Thayer so that would leave out Margaret as a child, but that came from Wikitrees so....
I have double checked the births of the children born after 1714 and cannot find any evidence that they are the children of James and Mary.  For this reason, I have put Disputed Parents sections on their profiles and removed James and Mary as parents. I also included them in James's profile, so we can find them, if need be.
Were there other Albee families in the same area as James and Mary Albee? It's been proven  that the Mary Albee married to Jesse Irish was not the daughter of James and Mary. I'm not sure now if she was an Albee or not and if she was who then she might belong to.
@broughps: James and Mary did have a daughter Mary, but I gather you are saying that she is not the same Mary who married Jesse Irish.  Can you point me to that proof?  Then i will either separate her from James and Mary or separate Jesse Irish.

Thanks. Found it. And I see that it shows that I should add some of those children back!
Lol. So a twofer.
The History of Milford by Adin Ballou includes Seth, Timothy and Thomas, although notes that there is no vital record.  I think there's value in keeping the children connected as "uncertain."
