I have hit a road block on finding information of Taylor Tanner (1881). I know his mothers name was Nellie (1856) and she married William Turner(1871) before 1900. I don't know her maiden name or his biological father. Also I found where he had 2 children, Allen (1901) and Stacy (1903) but Moses O'Field took guardianship of them in 1907. In the 1910 US Census, his family consists of him, his wife Mary Ann (Mitchell) and a son Eucha (1905) and he filed for an allotment in 1908 but that is the last I can find on Eucha. I can't even find a grave for him. If anyone has any information for me I would appreciate it very much.

You are looking for information about my family. Nellie Tanner is my great great paternal grandmother. Join a Facebook site called Cherokee Indians Research + Genealogy when you do tag me JoAnna Jaden Cottle. Someone can help you. I have an old photo of Taylor n my great grandpa Samuel Tanner in baseball uniforms from 1906

One of the people who left "flowers" at the Findagrave memorial is his great-great granddaughter. Maybe contact her through findagrave to see if she knows any other information?
Thank you! I sent her a message. Hopefully she can fill in some blank spots.

Becky ~

Below is the 1910 census and death record for Taylor's brother Samuel.  And a record that lists the parents of who appears to be their half-brother Charles.  Their father's name is listed as Aaron( Allen) Tanner.  I see tree's that list Nellie's surname as Rabbit, but no records to support this.  Charles' mother is listed as Mary (possibly "Bird or Youngbird").

"United States Census, 1910," database with images, FamilySearch(https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MLQX-4RT : accessed 27 October 2017), Samuel Tanner in household of Charley Tanner, Township 3, Delaware, Oklahoma, United States; citing enumeration district (ED) ED 59, sheet 6, family 48, NARA microfilm publication T624 (Washington D.C.: National Archives and Records Administration, 1982), roll 1250; FHL microfilm 1,375,263.
