Stephen Walling b. 1799 Rhode Island d. 1868 New York

Question

I'm looking for information on the parents and/or siblings of Stephen Walling?  Stephen Walling was born in Rhode Island in 1799.  He married Olive McLaughlin (dau. David McLaughlin and Mary Holmes) in Otsego, NY in Dec 1823.  I found him in 1830 living in Salina, Onondage, NY.  That is also where my 3x great grandfather Stephen Palmer Walling was born in 1833.

Family notes lists Stephen's parents as William Walling and Caroline Gorton, but I have found no record of either of those.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.  I'm willing to share information on the WALLING/PASKO family lines from New York as I have quite a bit of it.

use so far.
