Did you know you can add our Calendar to your scratch pad on your navigation page?

It's true! You can!

We've started incorporating templates into the Calendar and now you can add it to your scratch pad.

Just put this and save changes:

{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym}}|Week}}

{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+1 month}}|Week}}

Nope - didn't even know there was a calendar :/   Added, and now have a reminder to visit scratch pad and work on some of those to do notes I put there, after checking the calendar.  Thanks Eowyn
I still have no idea where this scratch pad is.
It should be on the left side of your Navigation Home Page.  But you might have opted out of it.  It's one of the features that can be added or removed.  If you check your settings you can see if you have it marked or not.
This is cool. What does the |week do?  I'm getting the whole month of November
P.S.  On the topic of the scratch pad, does it have any kind of privacy level?  I am wondering about using it for links to some of my free space pages, but I don't want it to be public information.
No privacy issues. Only you can see your Navigation Home Page.
Awesome! I'm going to set up my links on there so I don't have to click, click, click and then scroll scroll scroll to find one Space Page I need each time :-)
I just tested it and also a line for previous month must be present.

{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|-1 month}}|Week}}
{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym}}|Week}}
{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+1 month}}|Week}}
Emma, Week parameter should show  active events and events starting next week.

If you see whole month, you probably added some spaces around word Week There shouldn't be any. Just Copy/Paste from this page.
Do you add that every month or will it change every month by itself or automatically or do you have to add that every month.{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+1 month}}|Week}}

It is based on current date and time. {{#time: Ym|+1 month}} changes to 201712 and page Calendar 201712 is added to the page.

It changes automatically.

Are you just type in {{#time: Ym|+1 month}} above or where do I type that or am I suppose to type {{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+1 month}}. How is it suppose to be typed in and where?

{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|-1 month}}|Week}}
{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym}}|Week}}
{{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+1 month}}|Week}}

Forget the question typed it as {{#time: Ym|+1month}} and it looked like what you mentioned above. Thanks a lot.

and if you want to see the 3rd month out : then use  =

 {{:Calendar {{#time: Ym|+2 month}}|Week}}  - - cheers - ja

the Main calendar is at = https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Calendar -

Top RH corner = Drop down  - Calendar  ]

But the page is usually not created that far ahead.

I think I deleted my scratch pad when I joined wikitree because I found no use for it. Can I put this calendar somewhere else?
