I doubt that's her father, Frank. She was born in 1867 and this christening took place in 1874.

That looks slightly odd as the original document reproduced at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9RYJ-KVT shows her birthplace as Ireland and suggests her mother's maiden name is unknown.

Delia is unlikely to be the name she was baptised with, that would have been Bridget. There were 8 Bridget Conneelys baptised in Spiddal between 1863 & 1877, none match on parents or date.

The only Bridget born to a Timothy and Ellen I can find was in Mallow.

Helen is shown as being born in Washington DC and her mother from Northern Ireland ie unlikely to be Galway. Helen is likely to be this woman - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QV5G-CQZZ & https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:JP91-NY9

"Alice M" is shown as being born in Washington DC too in the 1920 census - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GR6P-FKS?i=14&cc=1488411
