has anyone any information on Jacob Hales born 1667 East Malling Kent England died 1741 East Malling Kent England he married Elizabeth Penny born 1675 East malling kent  and died 1752 Yalding Kent, is there any information here on his ancesters and children please they are my 7th greatgrandparents

There is a Jacob Hales Hales-416 who married an Elizabeth Penny 10 Nov 1692 At East Malling, Kent but the birth/death dates don't match up, so you may want to investigate where/why the discrepancy.

Did the Jacob Hales b. abt. 1671 have a son named Jacob who also married a different Elizabeth Penny, or is there an error with the generations?

no the dates are ok did you notice i edited the post  yes Jacob did marry in 1692
