Please review (and correct) my Created Categorisation

Oops - apologies but I've already created some categories and subs thereof that may not be standardised.  I also have noted that the articles list and subcategories list seem to use the text of the URL rather than the "name" of the article.

Could someone please review and either correct or direct me as to how they should be corrected to become standards compliant.

First set are:

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Churches%2C_Organizations

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:English_C._of_E._Parish_Churches%2C_Churches%2C_Organizations

Actual article:  http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Church_St_John_the_Baptists_Flitton

Second set are:

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Transport

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Ships%2C_Transport

Actual articles:

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Ship_Matoaka

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Ship_SS_Accrington

Thanks for your help & advice.

Hey Wombat,

The categories are all a work-in-progress and we need to experiment to figure things out.

Plus, the names of sub-categories are super easy to change. It only gets to be a pain if you use a category name on lots and lots of profiles and each profile needs to be changed.

I edited http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Church_St_John_the_Baptists_Flitton so it's in [[Category:English C. of E. Parish Churches]]

I edited http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Churches so it's [[Category:Organizations]]

---

I edited http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Ships so it's in both [[Category:Maritime]] and [[Category:Transport]]

The important thing to understand is just that category pages are categorized in the same way that profiles are, i.e. with a [[Category:X]] tag. Does that make sense?

I love what you're doing here. Did you add yourself to the categorization project yet?

Thanks Chris - I had somehow got the idea that the tag had to encapsulate the parent category as well as the immediate categorisation.
Chris you said "Did you add yourself to the categorization project yet?"
I've searched wikitree help and the categories themselves and I cant find any information about a categorization project, so I have no idea how to add myself to it.  Is this a Google Group?
The whole "Projects" space is new. Sorry they're still hard to find. This one is at http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Categorization
