Article dans l'Acadie Nouvelle du 30 oct 2017 re: des documents découverts en France relatant la vie quotidienne des acadiens qui sont restés en Acadie pendant la déportation - de Radio Canada (en français seulement). Le centre d'études acadiennes à l'U de M ont accès, et les document seront publiés dans environ deux ans. Que j'aimerais être à Moncton!

OK So what does this say in English?

Sorry but while I can read the French words, I cant put them together to make any sense of them...

Something to do with the Acadian 1755 deportations.

It's about an article in the newspaper "L'Acadie nouvelle". They discovered a bunch of documents in France relating to Acadians who were not deported, but who stayed in the Acadian area. The Center for Acadian Studies at the University of Moncton has access to them, and it will take them about two years to digitize them to put them online.
