My grandfather was Henry Worthington, born Liverpool march 1898, mother name Sarah has anyone heard of these people ?

Free BMD 1897 Quarter 3 George Worthington married Sarah Frances Jones.

1901 They have Henry aged 2. Stuart Grove, Kirkdale.

The Ralph, father of Harry, did not marry a Jones that I can find.

There is a family tree for him on Ancestry  that has him emigrating to Queensland. I assume his daughter who married a Hall is your Mother?
