I have Rowell's in central Florida and South Carolina - not sure they were in Georgia.  I have 3 Willliams born 1860's  but all were born and died in South Carolina.

The only Lillie Rowell 1889 I have is in South Carolina and married George Sellers.  Doesn't sound like the one you're looking for.

I have a Rowell out of Haralson County, GA.  Robert Lewis Rowel, born in 1858, married Catherine Powell of Fayette, Co, Geogia.  Married January 2, 1879

I haven't found all the siblings with sources for Robert. L Rowell.  Father's name believed to be Dudley.  Not enough supporting sources to confirm that yet.
