Hi All,

This is not a question.

Just wanted to share that today is the day that adoptees who have been adopted in Pennsylvania may now request a non-certified copy of there Original Birth Certificate. You can find out more about it here. You can find the link for the pdf document here to fill out a request

Actually, today is the day they begin mailing them. The form has been available since June. Those who have already requested their OBC are supposed to get them before Dec 18th
