PPP is usually only done now in cases where disputed parents are added to profiles repeatedly. I don't see that this has been an issue with this profile. Project protection only prevents changes to a profiles parents, nothing else.

Also, I don't see that he is currently included in any projects.

Edit: Sorry, edited to add that it also protects merge direction. He would still need to be associated with a project.

Eunice, the PGM project covers those who emigrated to New England  1621-1640. (1620 falls under the Mayflower project.)  Looks like your man’s earliest documented presence in NE is after 1640.

Also for clarification, not all PGM profiles are protected. Well, yet, anyway...

What is it you want protected about this profile? There may be other solutions.
