I RECEIVED PROBATE RECORDS FROM RUBEN HEATH ON THE HEATH'S FROM WILLIAM HEATH OF SURRY,VIRGINIA AND HIS DESCENDANTS TO WARREN AND MONROE,GEORGIA.FROM THE 1870 CENSUS OF DAVIS [CASS],TEXAS ON PAGES 23,24,63 AND 64. I am great-great grandson to Adam Marion Heath (Heeth) of Cass County Texas.  I don't know the origin of his slaves.  If it helps, Adam moved to Cass County TX from Macon County Alabama in 1852.  He moved to Macon County from Monroe County GA in 1840.  Adam died in 1856 in Confederate service.  I am told that one African-American male remained with Adam's widow Martha and her family for the resat of his life.  His proper name is unknown - everyone called him "Bullet" because he was shot and the slug was never removed.  He moved with the family to Johnson County TX around 1858, and to Hall County TX around 1905.  He taught my grandpa to shoot and to hunt small game.  - Matt Phelps
