In the 1940 Census, there is a Robert A. Hart b. in Canada in 1911. Wife is Elizabeth J. b. in PA. in 1912. If you're hard over on 1905, bear in mind that info given to Census takers isn't always valid. They were living then in Newburgh Heights Village, Cuyahoga, Ohio.
